Understanding and responding to challenging behaviour

This is an interactive day exploring what drives behaviour and how to effectively respond to it. Based upon positive behavioural psychology 'Choice Theory', NLP and conflict resolution delegates will bring a case study they would like to work through. After applying the model to their scenario delegates will be coached to effectively apply it once they leave the workshop.
